Creative & Operations Strategy Support

Service Description

Bring me the idea, the problem, or the project - and let’s figure out what to do with it. I help you figure out what it should look like, how to make it work, and what needs to happen behind the scenes to bring it to life. Sometimes you don’t need a full agency or a long-term consultant. You just need someone to sit down with you, think through the possibilities, organize the moving pieces, and help turn an idea into something that actually works. These hourly sessions are designed for entrepreneurs, coaches, creatives, and small business owners who want an extra strategic and creative brain - with hands-on support when needed. We can use our time to brainstorm and develop new offers, work through pricing and packages, build client booking or onboarding systems, plan events, create workflows, organize projects, solve behind-the-scenes business challenges, or map out the next steps for an idea you’ve been sitting on. Think of it as part consulting, part creative direction, and part hands-on project support. Bring me what you’re working on, and we’ll figure it out together!
